Kayleigh Kozak is the namesake behind “Kayleigh’s Law”. She is proof that it only takes one person to make a change.
Kayleigh is a wife, proud mother to five beautiful children, college graduate, successful stakeholder in the legislative process in multiple states, political activist and public speaker. She is also a survivor of childhood sexual abuse; a category she never wanted any part of.
In February of 2020, 13 years after her case was closed, Kayleigh had to face the man who sexually abused her as a young teen again in court. Based on the current laws governing Arizona, Kayleigh was informed that when her perpetrators probation ended, so did her protection, as there was no protection for victims post probation. She had to appeal against his motion for early termination from his lifetime probation. Together, with her local legislators, Kayleigh worked to draft a bill and create a new law, providing victims and survivors of sexual and domestic abuse continued protection that would last their lifetime, regardless of the terms of their abuser’s probation status. In April of 2021, Governor Ducey signed SB1412, thus making Arizona the first state in the nation to offer protection that is valid for an actual lifetime to victims and survivors of sexual and domestic abuse. In June of 2021, the Arizona State Senate Proclaimed SB1412 as "Kayleigh’s Law".
Kayleigh's drive and passion to continue to stand up and demand change against a broken system exemplifies her strength. Her grassroots efforts are changing the laws for victims and survivors across America!

MacLean served in the U.S. Air Force from 1988 to 1992 and is a former federal air marshal. After his discharge, MacLean entered the United States Border Patrol as a border patrol agent. MacLean was recruited by the Federal Aviation Administration's Federal Air Marshal program immediately after the September 11 attacks.
In July 2003, air marshals received an advisory from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of an imminent Al Qaeda plot targeting long-distance flights. DHS announced two days later that the use of air-marshals on long-distance flights, requiring marshals to stay overnight in hotels, would be eliminated as a cost-cutting measure. MacLean first brought his concerns to three different officials of the DHS Office of Inspector General. They told him they could do nothing. EP #6 JACK FARMER
Jack Farmer is an executive and technical consultant with international corporate clients and U.S. government agencies, including federal, state and local law enforcement for unique, challenging, and highly successful intelligence and security programs. He has extensive experience in establishing and managing integrated security programs, executive protection, criminal investigations, facilities security, emergency preparedness, and crisis management.
Previously, as a Strategic Intelligence Specialist for Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations, Mr. Farmer was central for analysis, reporting and law enforcement liaison during several homeland security incidents, including the bombing at the Boston Marathon and the active shooter incident at the Washington, DC Navy Yard. Additionally, he led the intelligence efforts for evacuation of client staff, including Executive Protection action teams, from overseas danger areas. Prior to that, as a Senior Security Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton, he was a Senior Law Enforcement Intelligence Analystrepresenting the U.S. Army North at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). His work focused on the identification and tracking weapons of mass destruction, terrorist threats, and human trafficking on a Joint Terrorism Task Force. Other assignments included: Senior Intelligence Analyst for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA); an Intelligence Operations Advisor for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Intelligence Plans and Exercise Officer for DHS; and Field Reports Officer for DHS. As a Senior Security Specialist, he additionally conducted numerous threat and vulnerability assessments and training for the U.S. Treasury Department, Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Congress.

Self-taught kitchen table activist, Executive Director of California-based Capitol Resource Institute, and founder and director of Nevada Family Alliance. Karen has a long history of mobilizing citizens at rallies, in school board meetings, and at state legislatures.
Today she leads the fight to expose and eliminate progressive ideologies in the classroom. This includes, CRT, SEL and graphic sexual education. She is an effective leader in reclaiming parental rights at the school district level and is passionate about sharing her decades of knowledge.
